Just ask, 'Why is my cart not working?' and Grok does the tech stuff to provide answers, root causes, and solutions. We also created a campaign that showcases Grok's identity and AI tech without making you feel overwatched. Video work done in collaboration with Theo Darling.

Meet New Relic Grok, the first generative AI assistant for observability. New Relic Grok leverages OpenAI’s LLMs
so that any engineer (dev, devops, security, product, QA, and support) can use plain language and a chat interface to ask questions
and get insights from their telemetry data. Observability is now as simple as asking New Relic Grok,
“Why is my cart not working?” or “Instrument AWS.”
