The Larry H. Miller Leadership Conference is an annual event where executives from the Larry H. Miller Group gather in Hawaii to set the agenda for the upcoming year and enhance leadership skills. In 2020, we crafted a visually striking theme, "Fostering a Culture of Growth and Innovation," using a metallic color palette, particularly copper, to symbolize technology. The welcome package, adorned with metallic foils and robust paper, contained innovation-themed gifts and a book highlighting past conferences, speakers, and attendee profiles—all tied together with a narrative of innovation and Hawaiian culture.
